NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the date the announcement post is published and ends when Sponsor's account reaches one hundred (100) followers OR on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, whichever occurs first. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter — two ways, both free

(a) Social entry (1 entry): Follow the Sponsor's account, like the announcement post, and leave a comment on the announcement post. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform. Sharing, reposting and tagging are welcome but are NOT required, are NOT entry methods, and do NOT increase your chances of winning.

(b) Email entry (1 entry) — no social media account required: Join the Vessel Tech email list at vesseltech.shop. This is a complete, free, standalone way to enter. No purchase, no follow, no social media account of any kind is necessary. You may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry. Email entries receive exactly the same chance of winning as social entries.

Entrants may use either method or both. Maximum two (2) total entries per person.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) GlowGuard™ Rechargeable LED Dog Collar. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $29.99 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $29.99 USD. Prize ships free within the United States. No cash equivalent. Prize is not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified by direct message from Sponsor's official account and/or by email within forty-eight (48) hours of selection. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, card details or account passwords. The winner must respond and provide a valid U.S. shipping address within five (5) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used solely to administer this Promotion, contact the winner and ship the prize. Entrants who join the email list will also receive marketing emails from Vessel Tech and may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. Entrants may request deletion of their information by emailing info@vesseltech.shop.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance, receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or technically corrupted entries.

11. Platform Release

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, or YouTube. Entrants completely release each of those platforms from all liability related to this Promotion. Entries must comply with the applicable platform's community guidelines; non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Winners List

For the name of the winner, email info@vesseltech.shop within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
