- We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different color variant (Black or White) are accepted within the 30-day window, subject to availability.
